To premiere our Fall/Winter 2023 Collection, the artist recalls his signature materials - Sandstone and Gold Leaf in the immersive painting, X-151.P. The two materials compliment each other due to their natural qualities, and the color combination of Gold & Brown is a familiar staple in his work. Both figures are covered in gold so that viewers can see themselves in the reflection! This stylistic decision is meant to encourage interaction with the work, as well as to generate conversations around the value of relationships.
